The non-profit, New Market & Head House Conservancy has just completed a $1.625 million renovation of the historic Head House and Shambles at 2nd and Pine Streets. The Conservancy is seeking a local professional services firm to lease the second floor, 560 sf office space. The space has all-season HVAC, a small kitchenette, unisex bathroom, three small closets, and six windows that offer ample light. It is accessed by a stairway from the street. Based on an evaluation by commercial real estate professionals, the asking rent is $30/sf. The Conservancy will look favorably upon offers that also include some type of civic contribution to help support the operations of the Conservancy.
